Cultivation of sensory integration ability runs through the whole process of early human growth and development.Disturbance of sensory integration will lead to a certain degree of behavioral disorders and psychological barriers in children's daily life,which seriously hinders the development of children's physical and mental health.The preschool stage of 3 to6 years old is the best period for recovery training for children with sensory integration disorders.Therefore,sensory integration training for preschool children is of great significance to children's healthy development.The family is the main living environment for children.Among the causes of children's sensory integration disorder,family environment factors account for a large proportion.The family environment is the main place for children to improve their sensory integration ability.The family environment can often determine the development direction of children's sensory integration ability.At present,the sensory integration training products for preschool children in the market currently generally pay attention to the product's sensory integration training function,but in product design,they often show a simple and unmodified shape,and lack of emotional communication between "children-products".As well as the fun of using the product,it is difficult for children to maintain long-term interest when using the product,and the training effect is not ideal.Based on the modular furniture design theory,this study regards children's furniture as auxiliary training equipment for sensory integration training furniture and conducts industrial design research.Using the characteristics of modular design,simple structure and flexible assembly and disassembly,build a game-oriented training scene,promote the interaction between children and products,and improve their sensory integration ability.The main research results are as follows:(1)Interviews with parents of preschool children suffering from sensory integration disorders and professionals of sensory integration training institutions to understand the current status of sensory integration training for preschool children,and to change the emotional needs of children with sensory integration disorders from the instinct level,behavior level and The reflection level is divided into three levels,the functional classification of the sensory integration training furniture for preschool children is completed,and the functional system of the sensory integration training furniture for preschool children is constructed;(2)The KJ method was used to analyze the modular design requirements of preschool children's sensory integration training furniture;the AHP hierarchy analysis method was used to prioritize the modular design requirements of preschool children's sensory integration training furniture,and to clarify each design requirement Between the importance levels,a modular system for preschool children's sensory integration training furniture was constructed;(3)Through the calculation method of related furniture size,the size of the specific module in the sensory integration training furniture for preschool children is obtained;the combination and connection methods of common children's furniture modules are analyzed to determine the suitable furniture module for preschool children's sensory integration training The connection method provides a reference basis for subsequent design practice;(4)Established a modular design method flow for preschool children's sensory integration training furniture,applied the research results of this article to design practice,used a modular approach to design preschool children's sensory integration training furniture,and built a variety of sensory integration training Scenes.
