The high-speed warp knitting machine is a new generation of textile machinery,which has the characteristics of small batch and many varieties.Due to the high assembly precision and the complex assembly process of high-speed warp knitting machine,most of the warp knitting machine enterprises have problem of assembly precision difficult to control and low level of assembly process when they produce high-speed warp knitting machine.First of all,through the practice in the assembly workshop,it is found that key components of high-speed warp knitting machine directly determine the working performance.This paper puts forward the solutions to ensure the assembly precision of the key components.Then,aiming at the assembly precision of crankshaft transmission components,the influence of dimensional tolerance,geometric tolerance and part deformation on the assembly precision is considered.The deformation of parts under gravity is simulated based on ANSYS.The assembly precision simulation analysis is carried out to solve the problem of assembly precision simulation.The assembly precision measuring tool for crankshaft is developed,and the improvement scheme is put forward to ensure the precision of assembly.Next,aiming at the assembly precision of braided cam components,the temperature of the machine and the thermal error of the braided cam are measured.Combined with the characteristics of small batch production of high-speed warp knitting machine,the thermal error model of small sample of knitting cam is established based on SVM,which provides the basis for thermal error compensation.According to the thermal error grade of the braided cam and the thermal error model,the thermal error of the braided cam is compensated.After that,aiming at the assembly precision of crank-shaft connecting rod component,the precision of each part of the crankshaft connecting rod component are measured by the CMM.The data of measurement is stored in the database.An evaluation model of selective assembly is established.Ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.The computeraided selective assembly system has been developed,which improves the precision and efficiency of selective assembly.In conclusion,through the assembly precision analysis and process optimization of key components,the assembly process level of high-speed warp knitting machine is improved,and the control of assembly precision of high-speed warp knitting machine is realized.
