At present,the high-speed warp knitting machines are the main products of the textile machinery industry,and they are mostly small-volume,multi-variety and customized production.Most domestic textile machinery manufacturers pay less attention to the assembly process,and there are widespread problems in the low assembly quality and efficiency of high-speed warp knitting machines caused by lack and old of process.Firstly,by the investigation of the production status and actual demand of the Wuyang and the research status at home and abroad,the goal and key technology of the high-speed warp knitting machine assembly plan and process optimization were clarified,and the overall solution for the machine assembly process improvement was proposed.Then,the Fine Kinney method was used to determine the index system of the machine assembly scheme.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the machine assembly scheme was established by network analytic hierarchy process to complete a comprehensive evaluation of the on-site assembly program.Furthermore,after evaluation,the assembly quality index was obtained as the focus of process improvement.Through the fault tree analysis and Bayesian network analysis method,the key weak processes were extracted from the current processes to be optimized.Through the analysis of potential failure modes of the process,the assembly process documents were upgraded,and the key weak process optimization mechanism based on inspection process and integrated management of assembly shop was re-established.Moreover,in order to solve the unreasonable hot process parameters of the inner casing of the bearing,the finite element method was used to analyze the interference,heating temperature,heating time and assembly time in the process parameters.According to the simulation results,the hot charging parameters are re-selected.Aiming at the low efficiency and unstable quality of the connecting rod assembly,a fixture of the connecting rod was designed conforming to the assembly operation habits,and a parameterized design software for the assembly fixture was developed to be suitable for other models.Finally,by applying the above process improvements to assembly production,the key weak links of the enterprise have been controlled,the assembly capability has been improved.the goal of stable assembly and mass production has been achieved.
