Warp knitting machine is a core product in the textile machinery industry.Production characteristics such as small batch,multi variety,customization and on make the assembly process more complex.At present,lacking of generality and professionalism of assembly process leads to poor assembly efficiency and quality in most warp knitting machine enterprises in China.Firstly,by investigating on the actual production needs of enterprises and research status at home and abroad,an overall framework structure of warp knitting machine assembly parametric CAPP system was constructed.Then by analyzing the design rule of the important component of warp knitting machine-a wallboard,a method of holes layout based on engineering rules was put forward,and a rapid design of wallboard was realized.To predict the quality of the product and verify the reliability of assembly,the VisVSA software which based on the Monte Carlo algorithm was used to analyze the final assembly accuracy and the influence of various factors on the assembly accuracy.Therefore,the product quality was predicted and the R&D cost was reduced.Moreover,under the premise of meeting the assembly requirements,on the problem of low efficiency of enterprises,a discrete cost-tolerance model for NC machining was proposed for the first time,which provided a theoretical support for minimizing the machining cost.To solve the randomness of the tolerance design,a multi objective tolerance optimization method based on Differential Evolution and Global Bee Colony(DE-GABC)hybrid optimization algorithm was proposed,which combined the characteristics of tolerance allocation problem.By using the proposed model,an optimal tolerance allocation combination of warp knitting machine parts was obtained,the tolerance design standardization was completed,and the production cost was reduced.Finally,the first warp knitting machine assembly parametric CAPP prototype system was developed by using VS 2010,TeamCenter VisVSA 8 and SQL SERVER 2008.The overall design flow was realized,from the order input to the assembly accuracy prediction,the tolerance optimization allocation and the output of assembly process file.A powerful support is provided for shortening the design and production cycle,guaranteeing product quality,standardizing tolerance design,and reducing R&D and production costs.
