As an important resource in the production process of petrochemical enterprises,the quality of circulating water is directly related to the safety of production equipment,and relates to the product yield and quality.However,after a long cycle of industrial cycle water use,it will bring sediment adhesion,metal corrosion and microbial breeding problems,therefore,petrochemical enterprises through the installation of circulating water automatic dosing device to detect PH,conductivity,concentration multiples and other water quality parameters,and according to the water quality data to add corresponding agents,improve the running quality of circulating water.The test data of the automatic dosing device plays a very important role in the production,the management personnel through the data analysis of water quality parameters,can understand and master the running quality of circulating water comprehensively,and then adjust,guide and optimize the production operation.The traditional monitoring mode of automatic dosing device is to obtain water quality data by manual inspection and manual transcription,then the management personnel manually input the system and analyze the data manually.The disadvantage of this model is:in the water quality data acquisition,the error rate is high,the real time is bad;In the data analysis,the workload is big and the efficiency is low.WIA-PA technology is a low cost industrial wireless communication technology with strong anti-interference ability,low power consumption and high reliability,which can ensure the water quality data to be transmitted stably and remotely in real time.The host computer monitoring software can analyze the data and perform the real-time display and trend analysis of the collected data.Therefore,this paper designs the petrochemical automatic dosing monitoring system based on WIA-PA industrial wireless technology,which can effectively compensate the disadvantage of traditional monitoring mode.Firstly,this paper introduces the topology structure,protocol stack structure and technical features of WIA-PA technology,on the basis of which,based on the problem of excessive energy consumption and low survival time of the key routing nodes in the traditional single path routing algorithm in industrial wireless networks,a WIA-PA routing energy saving algorithm for the network is proposed,it can prolong the network life cycle effectively,and obtain the simulation verification,which provides the technical guarantee for the application of WIA-PA technology to the automatic dosing monitoring system,and lays a theoretical foundation.Secondly,according to the system requirements,the automatic dosing monitoring system is designed.In the system hardware,combined with the system requirements and industrial scene situation,the selection of equipment,and introduced the WIA-PA wireless IO adapter,no line,wireless gateway structure diagram,function,main technical indicators and in the automatic dosing monitoring system work process.In the system software design,the hostcomputer monitoring software adopts the B/s mode of three-layer architecture.Then it introduces the communication method between the PC software and the underlying device,and designs the database and the Web server respectively.Database design mainly involves the choice of database and the design of database table structure.The design of Web server includes the platform of Web server and the function design of Web server software.Finally,the project implementation and application,mainly related to each plant hardware implementation plan and deployment process,WIA wireless equipment network configuration,as well as the network after the successful automatic dosing monitoring system software application.
