Perflurorinated alkylated substances(PFASs)has half a volatile persistence, can be migrated to the two-pole area of the long mountainous area and even the people, and studying settlement flux revealing the atmospheric persistence pollutants. The global circulation process has important signific ance.Three effects based on global migration of persistent organic pollutants:distillation effect, grasshopper effect, mountain condensation effect, choose easy to accept foreign flow change, significant low latitude high altitude area:the world's large st natural plateau freshwater lake Guizhou The grass sea, studying the mechanism of PFAS s in the region and the effects of ecological environment.Anal ysis of PFAS s in the grass sea environment medium from the vertical space interface of the atmospheric-water-sediment,discloses the distribution law of PFAS s in the environmental medium of the region and understands the impact of PFAS s for the input of ecosystems in the region, the main research results:(1)Anal ytical methods for PFASs in each environment m edium have been established.By optimizing mass spectrometry parameters and chromatographic conditions, the rapid anal ysis of various t ypes of actual samples is achieved by optimization of the pre-treatment of various environmental samples. The detection rate of the marking recovery rate and method is 58.6%-112.1%,0.01-0.04 ng/L;deposit 64.8-106.7%,0.001-0.014 ng/g;0.01 ng/g below 0.01 ng/g of plants. The standard deviation is less than 15%to meet the detection of PFASS in related actual environmental samples.(2)Results of source research:12 PFASs in the surface water, total mass concentration(?PFASs)range from 3.26-16.47 ng/L,with an average of 7.16 ng/L,with PFBA(Perfluorobutanoic acid)For the main pollutants, the concentration of1.06-10.67 ng/L,the memory distribution of the sampling point is roughl y out of the count y cit y side>Lake Center>The law of the rural side.12 target compounds were detected in the sediment, and the total mass concentration(?PFASs)range from 0.15 to 1.58 ng/g(DW),with an average of 0.66 ng/g,wherein the PFOA and PFOS were detected the highest concentration,0.105,respectivel y.ng/g,0.103 ng/g.Aquatic plants were tested in 14 PFASs in the moss. The total mass concentration of each plant was 1.45 ng/g,the onion was 2.27 ng/g,and the foxel0.84 ng/g was detected.PFH x A,PFOA and PFOS are three kinds of PFAS s that detects the highest concentration in each plant.(3)Since the half-volatilit y of PFAS s is one of the important transmission channels with atmospheric migration, the mossy plant does not have keratinoid tissue and pores. For the characteristics of selective absorption for lipophilic organics in the atmosphere, according to the PFAS s content, the annual growth rate The relationship between moss qualit y and receiving surface area has established a method of calculating atmospheric settling flux. The method is simple, and no electricit y support is required, which is suitable for long-term monitoring of atmospheric sinks in trace low PFAS s concentrations. The test results show that the total settlement of PFAS s at the region is113.3-273.4?g·m-2·Y-1,and PFOA is the main pollutant, through PFAS s correlation anal ysis and principal component anal ysi s,grass sea atmosphere settle in PFASs The main source is migration of the atmosphere. The research from a variet y of space multi-sects,through volatile-settling effects between the various media, revealing the influence of PFAS s distribution characteristics and PFAS s long distance migration on the atmospheric sedimentation of Karst region, enriching persistent organic pollution Research on the Three Effects of Global Migration on Remote Areas.
