| Due to the rapid development of digital economy in recent years,and since the outbreak of the impact of digital transformation is more and more frequently appeared in the sight,despite China’s scale and growth are among the world top digital economy,but in fact the Chinese digital high degree of industry more focused on the retail industry,entertainment,finance and other close to the consumer.The digitization degree of the manufacturing industry,which is mainly driven by resources,is still relatively low.In addition,the digitization transformation of enterprises is huge and complex,and every step is of great importance to enterprises.Therefore,the lessons learned by the enterprises in the early stage of transformation play a crucial role in the smooth implementation of the transformation of other manufacturing enterprises.However,most of the historical research from the theoretical study of strategy transformation,few cases for implementation of the strategy of the specific analysis,this article mainly research achievements of many scholars at home and abroad and the theory as the foundation,the cultivation as manufacturing digital transformation of in-depth analysis of the case,according to the theory of organizational change theory,process reengineering and contingency theory as the foundation,from the macro,industry and enterprise internal three aspects to analyze its reason,then in view of the enterprise organization structure during its restructuring,business mode and mode of production of major measures to study the impact on the enterprise or business performance.First,the economic added value(EVA)is calculated to analyze the impact of business model change on corporate shareholder value.Then,the impact of short-term market performance when the company splits its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinheng Technology Company and is listed on the New Third Board(NEEQ)is analyzed through event analysis.Finally,the financial performance of Nangang and the industry average financial performance indicators for horizontal comparative analysis,through the factor analysis method to establish the appropriate comprehensive financial performance indicators,the financial indicators of Nangang shares for factor analysis and calculation of the comprehensive factor score ranking for longitudinal comparative analysis.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)The establishment of the technical team by Nangang and its split into Jinheng Technology Co.,Ltd.and listing on the New Third Board have significantly increased the short-term financial performance of Nangang.The transformation of business model also makes the economic added value show a trend of growth,that is,the value created for shareholders is increasing year by year.(2)Horizontal view,from the development ability,debt paying ability,profitability and operation ability of the enterprise,the financial performance index of Nangang is also higher than the average financial performance index of enterprises above the industry scale.(3)Longitudinal,after the implementation and practical application of digital transformation strategy at the early stage of Nangang,the comprehensive performance score of 2017 and 2018 was the top according to the result of factor analysis.In conclusion,through the analysis of the current cultivation is go the way of the digital transformation,contrast the impact on the performance in the process of digital transformation,the implementation strategy and performance results are combined to carry on the analysis,summarizes the transformation of the cultivation of the road,get help reference about the digital transformation of industry experience,for the manufacturing enterprise planning out the digital transformation of suitable for their own development path and digitized transformation for the enterprise to provide some reasonable Suggestions. |
