Research On Territorial Government Functions Of Characteristic Towns

The glasses industry is the pillar industry of Danyang City.The development of Danyang glasses characteristic town is inseparable from the solid foundation of glasses industry.Although Danyang glasses industry has gained high popularity in the country and has built up obvious industrial cluster advantages,the glasses industry in Danyang is facing serious regional competition challenges,and it also has disadvantages such as irregular competition order and lack of consumer brand.Under the background of high-quality economic development,the development of glasses town should grasp this development opportunity and realize the breakthrough development of the town.Therefore,we must solve some prominent problems in the current development process of the town.In this context,the purpose of this study is to actively promote the construction of characteristic town projects,promote the transformation of Danyang glasses industry from low-medium level to medium-high level,and build the town integrating with Danyang culture and Danyang characteristics.Through SWOT method,this paper analyzes the main strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Danyang glasses Town,especially the ophthalmic industry in the development process.In terms of policy support,industrial structure,brand influence and so on,this paper tries to find a series of problems emerging in the development process of characteristic towns,and tries to analyze the subjective and objective reasons for the problems.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper constructs the developing model of Danyang glasses town by combining with analytic hierarchy process,and determines the corresponding developing mode,so as to provide direction for making corresponding countermeasures.Based on the above research,it can be concluded that the development of Danyang glasses characteristic town must be in the framework of government led and market playing a decisive role.It should take improving the management level,enriching the industrial dimension,promoting the integration of industry and city,formulating talent strategy,and improving the supervision mechanism,so as to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the glasses characteristic town,avoid "thousand towns as the same one",and highlight the characteristics of the small town,to achieve the sustainable development of the town.
