As an important part of linear guide,the precision of profile parameters has a great influence on the motion precision and dynamic characteristics of guide pair.So,it is of great significance to improve the test accuracy of guide rail profile.To meet this demand,this paper studies and analyzes the detection technology of guide rail profile error based on the national science and technology major special project "Demonstration and Application Project of Domestic leadscrew guide rail Manufacturing Equipment(2019ZX04010001)" as the research background.Firstly,the comprehensive precision model of guide rail profile parameter error is established.By analyzing the influence of each parameter of the guide rail profile on the motion precision of the guide rail,the maximum influence parameter of the change of the comprehensive precision of the guide rail is determined.The profile errors that affect the precision of the side motion of the guide are synthesized.According to the comprehensive precision model of guide rails and the national standard of the precision grade of guide rails,the precision grade evaluation standard of guide rails is formulated to improve the precision evaluation system of guide rails.Secondly,the software and hardware system of the test system are built based on the measurement principle of guide rail profile detection.According to the requirement of measuring guide surface parameters,the algorithm and realization process of calculating each parameter are introduced respectively.The design of hardware is mainly to establish the relationship among upper computer,measurement module and control module.The software part uses c# language to write the control program of the test equipment,and introduces the function and connection between each module.It realizes the detection of guide rail profile parameters.Then,in order to better evaluate the measurement results of guide type surface testing equipment and improve the measurement accuracy,an evaluation model for the uncertainty of guide type surface testing equipment was established.By analyzing the source of uncertainty,a new uncertainty evaluation method is proposed.By adopting the analysis method from large to small,the overall uncertainty of the guide surface detection device is determined,and the parameters of the guide surface are evaluated from the whole to the part.Finally,the main influencing factor is the deflection error of the sensor installation.The uncertainty evaluation method proposed in this paper has certain reference value for the uncertainty evaluation of other test systems.Final,the model of uncertainty is verified through the test analysis of the equipment for measuring the parameter error of guide rail profile.The deviation Angle test is established,and the correctness of the error model is verified by comparing the test value with the compensation value.The deflection Angle measurement scheme is proposed.After compensation,the measurement accuracy of the guide surface detection equipment is improved.Within the range of 3°,the deviation error can be basically eliminated after compensation.The corresponding compensation measures are also proposed for the measurement errors affected by other factors.
