Since China's accession to the WTO,the current operating status of auto companies in the international market has changed,and the dynamics of the international market have also affected the development of the domestic auto market.Many foreign multinational companies have gradually entered the Chinese market,which has led to increasingly severe forms of competition for Chinese auto companies in the domestic market.And with the introduction of foreign capital,it has become a common phenomenon for domestic enterprises and some foreign enterprises to adopt strategic alliances for production and operation.Although the strategic alliance of Chinese enterprises has made some progress on the international stage,compared with some large multinational companies in the world,there is a big gap in form and scale,and there are still problems to be solved.Yu further research.The main purpose of this article is to explore the international experience of successful auto companies through literature references and case analysis,so as to provide reference for the development of China's auto companies.First of all,this article looks for relevant documents to explain the development background and definition of multinational strategic alliances,summarizes and analyzes the comparative advantage theory,product life cycle theory and preference similarity theory in the internationalization theory of enterprises,and summarizes how to choose the international market.And summarize the basic theory of strategic alliances,summarize the types of strategic alliances,and analyze the development status of strategic alliances.Using the inductive method to analyze the application of strategic alliances in internationalization,it not only expounds the status quo of internationalization development,but also points out that our country has rapid internationalization development,diversified internationalization models,wide overseas investment scope,and lack of core competitiveness.The characteristics of lack of internationalization experience,etc.,also analyze and summarize the existing problems;re-analysis of the motivation of China's automobile enterprise strategic alliance,mainly its own lack of strategic resources,the realization of economies of scale,strong alliances,solving "big enterprise disease",learning Business knowledge and other reasons.To further summarize and analyze China's auto companies' import,export and foreign investment in recent years.Taking the case of Chery Automobile's strategic alliance as an example,the case analysis method analyzes that auto companies using strategic alliance to enter the international market should pay attention to market pricing,market environment understanding,brand effect and other issues,and then proposes a suitable way for Chinese auto companies to enter the international market And means,such as: increasing technological innovation,enhancing their brand influence,and training international talents.In addition,taking the strategic alliance of Chery Automobile,Jaguar and Land Rover as an example for in-depth discussion,combined with the development status of China's auto companies,it is concluded that China's auto companies will go global through strategic alliances and should choose partners with common interests;establish a complete Information exchange and feedback mechanism;countermeasures to strengthen the integration of the organizational culture of both sides of the alliance.Strategic alliances are a good way for companies to improve their core capabilities,enhance competitiveness and shape their long-term competitive advantage.
