Since the end of last century to recent years automobile industry of China have maintained a high growth rate and automobile production and market volume has been the biggest in the world.Behind the production and sales increasing,that is constant rapid development of Chinese economy's strong support and the enhance of automobile manufacturing capacity.But from the Chinese automobile operation management capacity reserve,especially the overall supply chain management,it still hides a lot of problems in the exciting increasing achievement.Since 2014 the Automobile market entered a stage of relative saturated and slow growth.With the entering of automobile magnates in China,and the expansion of production capacity,Chinese auto industry overcapacity has quietly come.Under such circumstances,automobile companies operating status is mingled with hope and fear.And only those auto companies who can really meet the market demand and put the scientific management methods into practice to achieve the best overall value chain in OTD,can stay ahead in the competition.Most waste of OTD operation in current auto companies exists in the segment of customer waiting,treatment of the process and delivery delay,however most companies are not aware of the existence of these problems,or have long been accustomed,which fails to focus on the customer's true demand.In practical operations,automotive companies often ignore this in order to improve production efficiency.Therefore,for the overall optimization and practices of OTD we must change selfish departmentalism thought,Instead to follow up the customers and the global supply chain's point of view,focus on every segment,to implement the whole process reengineering,to shorten the supply chain cycle and reduce the vehicle inventory.C Automobile Co.,Ltd.Established after CFMA company implemented restructuring in 2012,now it has more than 150,000 units of Mazda brand vehicles in production and sales volume.Through research on the OTD status of automobile manufacturers and future development prospects,through the actual characteristics of automobile manufacturers and the analysis of OTD management mode of C Automobile Co.,Ltd.,with the mature and effective experience of current automotive industry,studying the status of C Automobile Co.,Ltd.,clear OTD business improvement plan,put out the overall demand of OTD management optimization,improve the current system,shorten OTD order delivery time,reduce vehicle inventory level of supply chain,establish the OTD management mode of delivery time commitment and efficient collaboration.by rapid response to customer demand,we can continue to provide the customized,personalized products to meet the customer needs and to capture the market to win the competition.
