In modern warfare,the captain sight tracking system has become an important equipment for vehicle-mounted weapons.It is the main equipment for the purpose of searching,recognizing and tracking the target,which can fight all day.The photoelectric turntable is an integrated optoelectronic structure form which is designed to becombination of pick-up and periscope-type optical platform.The sensor imaging channel is increased on the basis of original direct-viewing channel,the television detector,thermal imaging camera,laser Ranging machines arealso placed on the side of the visible light channel.Parallelism can be guaranteed of multi-sensor through high-precision pitch rotary shaft system.Focusing on a new type of vehicle's long-range sighting and tracking mirrors,the technology and detection methods of the long-distance optical system and structural system of the vehicle in the assembly and adjustment process are summarized.It analyzes the optical system centering,multi-sensor optical window bonding,dynamic sealability of the shaft,optical axis synchronization of the visible light channel and the sensor channel,and the technical difficulty of the distorted rotary optical system,etc.,and cooperates with the relevant technical departments on the key Technology and requirements for research,through the adjustment of experimental studies,for the comparison of the old and new methods of dressing and analysis,to get the best adjustment technology program.
