Research On Project Operation Cost Control Of Construction Enterprises

Construction enterprises play an important role in the national economy.With the deepening of global economic integration,China's economy is showing a good trend of rapid development.The investment in the two major fields of highway and railway continues to increase.In this process of development and construction,construction enterprises have welcomed many development opportunities,but they are also facing many development difficulties.In view of the problems existing in the operation cost control of construction enterprises,how to formulate corresponding countermeasures is increasingly important.Therefore,this paper takes the operating cost control of W Company project as an example to study the problems existing in the operating cost control of construction enterprises and propose countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the research and practice of the operating cost control of construction enterprises.First of all,the characteristics of construction enterprises,the composition of operating costs,the principles and methods of operating cost accounting,the contents and steps of operating cost management and the rele,vant measures of operating cost control are elaborated.Secondly,based on the collected data of W Company's project operating cost control and the actual development of the construction site,the composition and management process of W Company's project operating cost are analyzed respectively according to the management status of the project planning stage,implementation stage and completion stage.Then,according to the operating cost control of W company's projects,this paper puts forward the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of W company's project operating cost management.The specific contents are as follows:1)In view of the problems of W Company's lack of a perfect project cost management system and poor coordination ability of departments,this paper proposes to continuously improve and perfect the cost management guarantee system.2)Aiming at the problems of low cost optimization and high cost investment in inefficient links in w company's project cost management,a value engineering system is proposed to improve the project operation cost optimization capability.3)Aiming at the problems of low informatization level and poor cost analysis ability of the actual operation cost control of w company's project,this paper proposes to improve the informatization level of project operation cost control.4)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of countermeasures and suggestions,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.
