The architectural market is a huge market with both profits and risks.In addition to the characteristics of competition in the general market,competition in the architectural market also has particularities such as buyer's market and oversupply.Because the architectural industry is now a conservative industry under a low-barrier policy,there are fewer market barriers and a low degree of market monopoly,which has led to the birth of many architectural companies,making the architectural market increasingly competitive,and the scope of these architectural companies involves architectural commodities The production and operation of the project include various architectural projects such as architecture and civil engineering,railway and highway architectural,bridge and road architectural,power and telecommunications piping systems,various mechanical equipment and installation activities.With the gradual establishment of China's market economy system,competition in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce,and the architectural industry is particularly obvious.Nowadays,the supply of commodities in the architectural market exceeds the demand,which leads to fierce competition from sellers and the purchase of houses occupies an active position.Against this background,small and medium-sized architectural companies have shown lack of competitiveness and lack of resources.Therefore,if small and medium-sized architectural companies want to "crack to survive",they must improve their market competitiveness.Based on this research background,this article takes MG Architectural Company as the research object,adopts literature research method,case study method,investigation method,qualitative analysis method,quantitative analysis method and other methods.Analyze and propose the composition of the company's competitiveness,and make a systematic study of the company's competitiveness through the five aspects of human resource development management,technological innovation capability,management system creation,corporate brand building,and corporate culture architecture,and MG architecture The conclusion of the company's lack of competitiveness,and for the reasons of the company's lack of competitiveness,from the human resources management,technological innovation,management system creation,corporate brand building,the company's competitiveness can be improved Countermeasures.The research conclusions of this paper provide specific ideas on how to increase the competitiveness of MG architectural companies,and also have reference significance for the competitiveness of related companies in the architectural industry.
