Research On The Design Strategy Of Urban Community Health Care Complex For The Elderly

China's aging is becoming more and more serious,especially in the old urban areas of second-and third-tier cities.Although the country has vigorously developed the construction of old-age facilities in recent years,most of the old-age facilities are institutionalized.It can be seen from the psychological changes of the elderly and the occupancy rate of the institutions that the elderly are more inclined to home care and community care.At-home elder care is facing problems such as shortage of surrounding resources and imperfect construction of elder care facilities.Older communities do face monotonous social relationships,are lonely and lack social involvement,which can easily lead to psychological problems.In view of the above background,it is optimized and adjusted on the basis of the original old-age care facilities and community complexes to create a more humane and aging community life for the elderly and residents in the community.This article is based on the background analysis of old-age care and community life,taking the health care complex as the guide,and analyzing the needs of different groups of people.Afterwards,according to the classification and behavior analysis of the elderly,we compare the current state of old-age care at home and abroad,and seek a suitable way for old-age care in the urban center of China.Discuss the classification of domestic and foreign complex old-age facilities,and clarify the possibility of constructing a rehabilitation complex.Afterwards,according to the classification analysis of the complex activities of rehabilitation,and according to the psychological and physiological behavior characteristics of the elderly,reference to domestic and foreign literature cases,with theoretical guidance,respectively proposed the possibility of the layout of living space,rehabilitation activities,community activities,outdoor activity facilities.The analysis of the needs of people of different ages is integrated into the activity design.Based on this,design practice research is conducted.In the graduation design of the Qilihe District Kangyang composite complexarchitectural design practice study in Lanzhou City,through the survey to understand the surrounding area of the plot,sort out the surrounding medical and elderly facilities,the current status of surrounding buildings,traffic location,climate conditions,crowd structure and public space status quo.In addition,more than 300 questionnaires were distributed to local nursing homes,senior colleges,and communities in Lanzhou City to understand the real needs of the elderly,and to conduct detailed analysis and plan design research.Taking the space formed by the different life styles of the elderly as the axis,the four major sectors of community sharing,elderly sharing,city sharing and vitality sharing are formed based on the comprehensive consideration of the health of the elderly and the lives of different groups in the community and the city.It is hoped that through this design,the elderly care and quality of life in the study area will be improved,and at the same time provide a certain reference value for the design of elderly care facilities in the central area of the city.This article and the design are still inadequate and need to be further strengthened.However,it is hoped that this can broaden the diversification of old-age facilities and a new community old-age care model that is closely connected with the community.
