The Research Of Pension Industrial Park Under The Mode Of "Medical-nursing Combined"

In recent years,China's aging process has accelerated,the elderly population has been increasing,and the aging of the population has become a major issue that China needs to solve urgently.The issue of ageing has attracted the attention of the government and introduced a series of policies to encourage private capital to participate in the construction of old-age care.With the expansion of economic development and national conditions,the concept of old-age care for the elderly has also undergone a certain transformation.They hope that their later life will be more diversified,and the development of the pension industrial park project came into being under this background.The social family structure in China has shrunk,the mode of home-based care for the elderly has been restricted,and the demand for social pension has increased year by year.The rigid demand for the elderly to stay in the social care institutions and the lack of supply of old-age beds have become a major contradiction in the development of the pension industry.On the basis of building a pension bed,the “ health-care combination ” pension model integrates medical care resources and solves the problem of insufficient supply of medical care and long-term care for the elderly during the“care and separation”.This paper combines the old-age model of medical care and the construction of the pension industrial park,and explores a new model of the development of the pension industrial park,trying to make the elderly live a new life,to raise,to heal,to learn,to have fun,to make a difference,.This paper takes the old-age industrial park under the mode of medical and nursing as the research object.Through the field research,case study and related theoretical research of related projects,the three aspects of the old-age industrial park from feasibility analysis,overall planning research and residential functional space design are carried out.The analysis is based on two actual cases of Wuzhen Yada Health and Pension Industrial Park and Beijing· Tao Li Chunfeng.This article is divided into five parts.The first part outlines the background of aging,the development of China's old-age care system and the development of the combination of medical and nursing,analyzes the psychological,physiological characteristics and old-age needs of the elderly,and proposes that the combination of medical care is an inevitable trend in the development of the old-age industrial park.The characteristics and classification of the development of the old-age industrial park areintroduced.The second part analyzes the feasibility of the combination of medical and nursing old-age industrial parks.By studying the necessity,development status and development trend,problems and development advantages,environmental protection countermeasures,operation mode and risk prediction of the construction of the old-age industrial park,it is concluded that its economic feasibility and sustainable development can create long-term social value..The third part is the construction of design strategies and methods.Firstly,from the macro level,the overall planning research of the old-age industrial park is carried out,including the site selection,functional composition and layout of the old-age industrial park,and the landscape environment elements,and the corresponding design strategies are proposed.Then,the design of the living function space of the elderly is studied from the micro level.The functional space of the elderly living in the industrial park is classified,and then the living needs of the elderly in different physical conditions are analyzed,so as to infer the functional composition and layout of the living space,and finally discuss the details of suitable aging.The fourth part is the analysis of the actual case.Through the analysis of two practical cases of Wuzhen Yada Health and Pension Industrial Park and Beijing · Tao Li Chunfeng,the design strategies and design methods proposed in the previous paper were verified.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article.The full text is summarized and shows the inadequacies of the research and the prospects for subsequent research.
