Research On Effectiveness Evaluation Of Driving Simulator Based On Vehicle Dynamics

With the development of automobile driving simulator as an important research tool in the field of automobile and traffic safety,more and more attention has been paid to automobile driving simulator.An important prerequisite for the application of automobile driving simulator to study scientific problems is to verify the effectiveness of the simulator.People have realized the importance of the effectiveness of driving simulators,so many researches on the effectiveness of automobile driving simulators have been carried out,most of which are aimed at the effectiveness evaluation of a single purpose for a certain kind of experimental needs of driving simulators.In fact,the effectiveness of the vehicle driving simulator must first satisfy the effectiveness of the vehicle dynamic motion to ensure the effectiveness of other simulation experiments.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies the effectiveness evaluation method of dynamic motion of driving simulator.Starting from the relevant theories of the automobile driving simulator and its effectiveness,this paper analyzes several component systems of the driving simulator,including the cockpit,vehicle dynamics simulation,visual image generation,acoustic simulation and man-car control,and expounds the influence of each component system of the driving simulator on the effectiveness.At the same time,the classification of driving simulator is introduced according to the different USES.The definition and classification of validity and the classification of validity of mathematical model and driving simulator are analyzed.Based on the six component systems of the driving simulator,the construction of the effectiveness evaluation method of the driving simulator is studied.The validity of the evaluation method of each component system construction are introduced,and points out the vehicle dynamics motion systems effectiveness evaluation is the most important,so this paper research the effectiveness of the vehicle dynamic driving simulator motion system evaluation method,put forward the pictorial diagram,precision model,correlation,T test,F test to test the effectiveness of the 6 kinds of evaluation methods,and Z after conditions for the use of 6 kinds of effectiveness evaluation methods are analyzed.Finally,three comparative experiments are designed,namely,dynamic model simulation and standard model simulation of the simulator,driving simulator experiment and standard model simulation,and driving simulator experiment and real car test.At the same time,the effectiveness of the vehicle dynamic motion system of the split three-screen driving simulator in the laboratory was evaluated by six effectiveness evaluation methods.The results show that the driving simulator can reach the basic effective range in dynamic motion,especially the effectiveness of speed control.When the turning radius of the road is small and the turning Angle is large,the validity of the test results will gradually decrease with the decrease of the turning radius and the increase of the turning Angle.Therefore,further improvement is needed to make the simulation experiment more close to the real vehicle movement condition when the turning radius is small and the turning Angle is large.The research results of this paper reduce the validation problem of the effectiveness of vehicle dynamic motion of the research vehicle driving simulator,which can provide certain reference for the evaluation of the effectiveness of vehicle dynamic motion system of the vehicle driving simulator in the future.
