Since the 1980 s,many developed countries,led by UK,have implemented power system reform.In case to make power system run more smoothly and electricity market more dynamic,our country explored for more than 30 years on the electric power system reform.The Electric Power System Reform Plan,which was published on 2002,was identified as a landmark of the reform.It formulated a 16-character policy of separate the factories and the state grid corporation,main-auxiliary separation,divide the transmission and the distribution of electricity,and bidding to get the access of the power network.And it also put forward the reform path of China.The plan is aimed at breaking the monopoly,introducing competition,increasing efficiency,and promoting to build a opening and fair competition system of the electric market.In 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued Several Opinions On Further Deepening The Reform Of The Electric Power System,to push forward reform,was marking that China officially launched a new round of reform of the electric power system.It follows the principle of opening up both end of sales,and managing the middle part.The innovation path is opening three parts,making one independence,and strengthening three elements.The profit model of power transmission and distribution business of state grid company is transformed from getting the profit from the purchase and sale price difference to getting reasonable income with permitted cost.However,the opening of the distribution port business makes the traditional monopoly advantages of power grid companies bring to nought.What is said above is the reform of the power selling side implemented of China.This paper takes the state grid company of city A as the research object,comprehensively used the related knowledge and literature of management,marketing,human resource management,organizational behavior and some other disciplines.It respectively adopts the analysis methods of marketing combination strategy,PEST and SWOT.And fully studied the management structure,business model and internal and external environment of the company.With combining the practice and theory,it dropped a more suitable marketing strategy for the company and showing a feasible way to put forward the marketing strategy from different aspects,such as human resource,financial resource,physical and big data.In a word,the paper is to table a proposal of a conducive way to the development of city A's state grid company,and provides some references for both the Chinese power grid market development and the state grid company's market development.
