In the process of world economic development,electric power is a vital source of energy,which is closely related to the demand of residents,industry and commerce,agriculture and other users for electric power.China has an extremely complex power industry structure,which was once closed and developed at a very slow speed.For a long time,in the course of operation,the government has taken the monopolistic approach and implemented the planned economy.In 2002,China implemented the reform of the power system,adopting the mode of "separation of plant and network,and separation of main and auxiliary".Power generation enterprises are only responsible for power production,while power grid enterprises are responsible for the link of transmission,transformation and distribution,with a single sales model.In 2015,China reformed the power system again and began to open up the electricity sales market.Power generation enterprises have the right to sell electricity directly.In 2018,the national development and reform commission issued the policy of "coal to electricity".As China's economy is becoming more and more normal and a new round of power reform is being pushed forward,power grid enterprises in China are facing a severe situation.In view of the changing external environment and the fierce competition,the study of the development of power grid enterprises is of great significance in understanding the market situation,developing advantages,solving difficulties,reducing the impact and threat caused by the external environment,and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.In the process of developing and operating power enterprises,power marketing is a crucial link.Due to economic development and in-depth reform of the power system,the power industry needs to break the monopoly situation in the past and carry out merger and reorganization.The majority of users,government,society and other power supply enterprises have put forward higher requirements,based on this background,how power supply companies to carry out effective marketing,so as to make the enterprise orderly and rapid development is very important.Based on the study of A municipal power supply company,based on the new round of electric power system reform began in 2015 and 2018.coal to electricity the policy level,combined with the actual situation of A municipal power supply company,the modern marketing theory and the electric power enterprise's marketing activities set at an organic whole,through A wide range of investigation and study,points out that under the background of new electric change,the situation of A municipal power supply company faces,use of PEST,porter competitive industry structure,the SWOT analysis tools such as power supply company in A city environment,its advantages and disadvantages for analysis,and based on this,STP,4Ps marketing strategy and comprehensive energy service strategy are proposed.Finally,in order to give in order to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy,from the standard big customer manager system,perfect the marketing organization system,complete electricity marketing risk early warning mechanism and the special funds investment and marketing team construction of specific safeguard measures are put forward,in order to more conducive to A healthy and orderly development of the city power supply company,and gives reference to the other power supply company.
