Research On The Spatial System And Business Format Optimization Of Jinan Nighttime Economic Agglomeration Area

Over the past four decades of reform and opening up,China's economy has experienced a period of sustained and rapid growth,with an average annual growth rate of nearly 10% in the 30 years from 1978 to 2018.However,with the decrease of demographic dividend,the restriction of trade protectionism,and the change of international economic pattern after the financial crisis,rely mainly on investment and export and the development of labor-intensive industries as the leading mechanism has already can't adapt to the demand of the new era of economic development,is an urgent need to find a new development,to boost the economy by the high-speed growth stage to high quality development stage.In recent years,with the development of domestic economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the development of night economy is also changing with each passing day.In many cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,the amount of night consumption has exceeded the amount of daytime consumption.After China's economy enters the new normal,the night economy shows strong vitality.At present,based on the new stage of China's new development,night economy has gradually joined the new development concept and new development pattern of China.Jinan also closely follow the development trend of The Times,relying on its own long history and good commercial foundation,vigorously develop the night economy.In this context,through the study of the status quo of the development of the night economy in Jinan,the paper puts forward the spatial layout of the night economy agglomeration area in Jinan and the optimization form of the business form,in order to supplement the gaps in the study of the night economy in Jinan and provide ideas for the development of the night economy in Jinan.Through the construction of the nighttime economy space identification index system,the paper quantitatively identifies the nighttime economy space of Jinan,and divides its spatial hierarchy according to the central geography theory of Christaller,thus forming the spatial hierarchy system of the four-level nighttime economy agglomeration area of Jinan.Aiming at the unreasonable function orientation of nighttime economy agglomeration area,this paper defines the service scope of nighttime economy agglomeration area at all levels,and qualitatively analyzes the functions of different levels of nighttime economy agglomeration areas in the development of Jinan nighttime economy by combining with the spatial system of four-level nighttime economy agglomeration center and the related concepts of life circle.Finally,the function of the center of the first-level and second-level night economy agglomeration areas is positioned as comprehensive,the function of the third-level night economy agglomeration areas is positioned as special,and the function of the fourth-level night economy agglomeration areas is positioned as extension.Aiming at the problem that the nighttime economy in Jinan is single and the function is not clear,this paper makes a judgment on the business form of each nighttime economy agglomeration area from the aspects of Jinan's development strategy,consumer groups,location advantages and cultural characteristics,combining with the function orientation of different levels of central places.Finally,from the point of view of the government,it puts forward measures to promote the development of night economy through administrative means.In order to provide reference for the development of Jinan night economy and related special planning.
