With the development of cities,the lack of land resources in cities is becoming more and more obvious,but there are a lot of leftover space which are not reasonably utilized in the relative cities,which have great potential and prospect to be excavated;In addition,with the expansion of cities from incremental to stock optimization,the urban leftover space has a great potential at this time;At the same time,due to the development of society,people's living environment becomes worse and worse,and people are more and more agree with the concept of sustainable development.Therefore,the sustainable renewal of urban leftover space is required by the times,and will also provide a new urban development thinking for people.Based on the research of urban leftover space,this paper proposes the sustainable renewal of urban leftover space.Through the theory of recycling metabolism and space repair,this paper constructs a renewal model of urban leftover space around production,life and ecology,and makes a research design around it.Taking Yanshan interchange and its auxiliary space as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the status quo of the site and analyzes it by using the method of material flow analysis of circulatory metabolism.Through the study of water,energy and nutrient,the metabolic flow direction of substances is defined,the potential of the material is mined based on infrastructure,the material flow chart of circulation metabolism is established,and the data accounting of balance and allocation of circulating metabolism is carried out.The whole paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,reviews the research and practice of urban leftover space at home and abroad,lists the research methods,explains the content of the study,and constructs the research framework.The second chapter mainly focuses on the theory of urban leftover space,explains and differentiates the similarity and related concepts of urban leftover space,and clarifies what is the urban leftover space by analyzing and analyzing;Then,the paper analyzes and studies the causes of the formation of urban leftover space,and makes a detailed study and elaboration on its concept connotation and characteristics,and explains the "whole life cycle" of urban leftover space;Then,the scale,type and form of the urban leftover space are summarized and studied.The third chapter gives examples and researches on the utilization of urban leftover space,and lists and studies its shortcomings;Through the analysis of the existing problems in the utilization,the paper puts forward the concept of sustainable renewal of urban leftover space,which is devoted to the realization of the urban leftover space renewal which integrates production,life and ecology;Then,the principle of sustainable renewal of urban leftover space is studied and explained.In chapter four,through a large number of research and visits to the urban leftover space in Jinan,the paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of the urban leftover space in Jinan,and selects the research object Yanshan overpass and auxiliary space;Then,the research object of the status quo is carefully investigated and analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized,which provides reference for the next research design.Chapter five,based on the above research,analyzes and elaborates the sustainable renewal of urban leftover space.Then,based on the selected research objects,from the two aspects of resource recycling metabolism and space repair,the paper takes the infrastructure of recycling metabolism and the movable and changeable container "plug-in" functional components as the basis,The ecological technology facilities and spatial functions are designed to realize the sustainable renewal of the urban leftover space in production,life and ecology.Chapter six is the conclusion part,summarizes the results and conclusions of this study,and puts forward the shortcomings and future prospects of this study.In conclusion,through the practice research on the recycling metabolism and space repair of urban leftover space,the urban leftover space can be updated in a more sustainable way,which provides a certain reference for the renewal and research of urban leftover space and even the sustainable development of the city.
