Tower crane(this thesis referred to as tower crane)is the main material transportation machinery in construction and construction,which shoulders the responsibility of material handling on the construction site.However,the hoisting operation mainly adopts the manual operation mode at high altitude,which has the problems of bad working environment,high-altitude operation risk,narrow working environment and blocked operation vision.Once the main body of tower crane is deformed or overturned,the crane driver is often unable to get out of the danger.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to study the remote control of tower crane to ensure the safe operation of tower crane.This paper studies the intelligent remote control system of tower crane.Using the intelligent remote control system,the staff can choose the best operation position according to the situation of the construction site,and avoid the blind area of vision.It can not only carry out the lifting operation of materials efficiently and conveniently,but also ensure the safety of the staff,and avoid the tower crane driver's operation in the control room under high altitude,high and low temperature environment,And the physical discomfort caused by the hidden danger of work safety and low efficiency.The specific research contents of this thesis are as follows:The dynamic analysis of the tower crane rotation process is carried out,and the dynamic model is established.The force deformation and influencing factors of the jib and balance arm in the rotation process,the influencing factors and changing rules of the top displacement of the tower crane are determined.The trajectory characteristics of the top displacement of the tower crane in the theoretical state are calculated.Based on the dynamic analysis of the tower crane rotation process,the control strategy of the tower crane rotation process is optimized,and the model of QZT40 tower crane is established in the Adams/view environment to simulate the tower crane rotation process.It is verified that the optimization of the control strategy can effectively reduce the vibration of the tower crane in the rotary process.The intelligent remote control system of tower crane is developed,and the safety warning mechanism and acceleration adjustment control method in the process of tower crane remote control are given,which can ensure the safe and stable operation of tower crane in the remote control state.Finally,the intelligent remote control experiment of the tower crane is carried out,and the dynamic characteristics of the top end of the tower crane under the experimental state are obtained.The traditional tower crane operation mode and the intelligent remote control system operation mode are experimented to obtain the movement track image of the top of the tower.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental results,it is verified that the developed intelligent remote control system can ensure the smooth operation of the tower crane in the remote control operation,and improve the safety of the remote control tower crane.
