In recent years,with the flourishing development of the modern construction industry,the tower crane has been used more and more in construction sites due to its many advantages,and has become an indispensable heavy machinery in infrastructure construction.However,due to the structure and working scene of the tower crane itself,it has great potential safety hazards in engineering applications.In recent years,tower cranes overturn,collapse and collision accidents occur from time to time.It has brought great hidden dangers to the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,how to use effective means to design a set of tower crane safety monitoring systems,to monitor the operation status and parameters of the tower crane during operation,to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of the tower crane,to prevent accidents,has great significance to ensure the safety of construction site.In order to solve the problem that the sensor monitoring mode of traditional tower crane safety monitoring systems is not intelligent and informative,this thesis designs a set of tower crane safety monitoring systems based on the Internet of Things architecture by using the integration of Internet of Things technology and sensor technology.The system consists of three layers,and the perception layer is composed of wind speed,inclination,load and other sensors,which are used to collect sensor parameters during the operation of the tower crane.The network layer is composed of4 G modules and communication protocols to access the Internet of Things platform.The application layer consists of the Internet of Things platform end and the We Chat applet end,which is used to display the real-time sensor data of the tower crane.Before designing the hardware and software functions of the system,the function requirement analysis and architecture design are carried out,and the warning threshold for the safe operation of the tower crane is set according to the related safety construction standards.Finally,the function test is carried out under the construction environment of a simulated tower crane in the laboratory.The test results show that the system can display sensor information on the Internet of Things platform.In order to further analyze the main factors affecting the safety of tower crane construction,this system introduces the grey correlation analysis theory to analyze the sensor monitoring data of the tower crane safety monitoring system.Using the inclination data as the mapping quantity of tower crane safety,the grey correlation degree and weight between wind speed,load and inclination data are calculated,and the primary and secondary factors affecting the safe operation of the tower crane are determined,which further ensures the safe operation of the tower crane.
