Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Street Space Quality In The Characteristic Block Of Ma'anshan Road In Jinan City Based On Spatial Perception

Urban street landscape is an important part of urban landscape and the basic framework of urban spatial organization,which is of great significance to the formation and development of urban form.The quality of street space affects individual behavior habits,the frequency of outdoor activities,the level of public health and the shaping of urban culture.In the process of urbanization in the past 20 years,public sphere activities are lack of security,and street space design is lack of vitality and attraction.This series of urban problems make the decline of urban space quality and the lack of urban vitality.In this context,this thesis takes the street space quality as the research object,through the space perception as the starting point,selects the evaluation index of the street space quality,and then determines the measurement index of the street space quality through the process of space perception.The evaluation index includes comfort,pleasure,convenience,culture and security,Through the four processes of perception-"feeling perception cognition","feeling perception behavior cognition","feeling cognition" and "feeling behavior cognition",58 measurement indicators are sorted out,and then 28 indicators such as soundscape satisfaction,color richness,accessibility,cultural atmosphere and vehicle interference are screened out by expert scoring method,Completed the construction of street space quality evaluation system.This thesis takes Ma'anshan road characteristic block in Jinan City as a case study.Firstly,the site streets are divided into four types: commercial oriented streets,landscape oriented streets,life oriented streets and comprehensive streets.Then,the weight of street space quality evaluation index of these four types of streets is calculated by expert scoring method,and the calculation methods are sorted out,The street space quality evaluation models of different street types are constructed.Using spatial morphology data,street view image data,point of interest data and questionnaire survey data as the basic database of quantitative research on street space quality,and then using the street space quality evaluation model based on spatial perception established in this thesis to evaluate the street space of Ma'anshan road characteristic block,and finally get the evaluation results.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,according to the evaluation index of the criterion level,the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward for each type,and the overall optimization of the street space quality of Ma'anshan road characteristic block in Jinan City is finally completed.The specific structure of the full text is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the research background,research significance,theoretical basis and domestic and foreign reviews of this thesis.Through the collation and summary of the research literature at home and abroad,it lays the foundation for the collation of the following street space quality evaluation index and measurement index.The second chapter is the research and design part,which introduces the basic situation,research scope and site status of the case site in detail,as well as the research methods and mathematical methods used in this thesis,and finally introduces the technical route of this thesis.The third chapter is the core chapter of this thesis.The third chapter mainly explains the construction method of street space quality evaluation system based on space perception.The fourth chapter introduces the data sources and calculation methods of quantitative research,as well as the construction method of street space quality evaluation model of different street types.After the completion of the model,the street space quality of Ma'anshan road characteristic block in Jinan City is evaluated and the results are obtained.Among them,under the specific street types,the street space quality of commercial oriented streets is generally high,while the street space quality of life oriented streets has a significant room for improvement,which needs to be optimized and improved.In the fifth chapter,according to the evaluation conclusion of the fourth chapter,the correlation analysis of each index and the evaluation results is carried out,the influence mechanism is studied,the characteristics are summarized,the construction model is applied to optimize the practice of street space quality,and the corresponding strategies for improving the quality of street space are put forward.The quality of street space is optimized from five aspects: comfort,pleasure,convenience,culture and security.The sixth chapter is the summary part of this thesis,which summarizes the main conclusions and shortcomings of this thesis,and provides some reference and direction for the follow-up research.
