Artificial intelligence(AI)and big data(BD)become one research hot point in this era.The role of data is becoming more and more important,and the scope of application covers every aspect of modern industry and life.The method of design innovation is upgraded and iterated with the development of science and technology.In the field of industrial design,big data is an indispensable source of innovation for product design.In the face of rapid market changes,massive amounts of data can effectively reduce enterprise development time and development costs.The modeling and system construction of new products developed based on big data has become an important part of solving the key issues of the relationship between data and innovation.This project is based on the innovative design and development of new products,expounds the research methods of product innovation design from two aspects of model establishment and system construction,and studies the modeling and system construction of big data-driven product innovation design.Use data mining methods to obtain massive amounts of data,and apply intelligent algorithms to extract the obtained data to obtain the most valuable data.After obtaining the most valuable data,use cluster analysis to analyze the data and establish a relationship model corresponding to product features and product design styling elements,And then build a product innovation design system database;by using the machine learning method under artificial intelligence to train the algorithm model between product data and product innovation design,it can provide product innovation paths and lay the foundation for product innovation design and development.This project gives the framework of the research data-driven product innovation design system.Through the research of computer system development technology,the actual development and operation of the system is analyzed,the computer development process of the product innovation system is determined,and the high-fidelity page of the product innovation design system is drawn and tested.The feasibility of the application of product innovation design system.In the construction of the system,the five basic functions of the system platform are determined based on the use requirements,user requirements and technical requirements,which are respectively product design creativity search application,product design creativity sharing application,product design creativity trend application,product model parts library application and Personal information management application.The system platform technology applies mature HTML5,CSS3 and JS technology,and the back-end programs such as the system server and database are completed by Java technology.The client,server and database operating system are connected through the interface,and a relatively complete data-driven product design has been established.Innovate the system,and use the system to carry out product design testing,and finally obtain a satisfactory design plan for the enterprise.Based on the existing research results,through further in-depth research on the subject,the establishment of an enterprise-oriented product innovation design application system platform will be gradually realized.This research has innovated the designer’s logical ideas for constructing new ideas,and expanded the scope of the quantitative research field of design innovation,so as to ensure that products can better meet user needs,extend the product life cycle as much as possible,and enhance product competitiveness.Enterprises bring higher profits and economic benefits.
