With With the continuous development of the city and the increase of the rigid demand,the public space is gradually compressed,and the reduction of the activity space restricts people's communication.In addition,with the acceleration of modern life pace,people are increasingly neglecting their daily interactions,and the resulting series of social problems have seriously reduced the quality of modern urban life.However,the fast pace of life and the efficient operation of the city make the public space of the commercial shopping center gradually assume the functions of urban leisure square and street.Happened before in the street scene,such as hang out,play,talk,now can also occur within the commercial shopping center,shopping center shopping experience has become an important aspect of modern life.Human beings are social animals,and the need for communication is an indispensable part of daily life.The communication function undertaken by commercial shopping center is also an indispensable part.Combining with Yang.Gail's theory of communicative action,based on the experience in commercial shopping center experience and contacts to promote each other,see communication as a special form of experience,and combine experience and contacts,to discuss experience shopping center construction strategy of communication space.In view of the public space related to shopping,this paper makes a comprehensive exploration and summary of theory and practice from the perspective of communicative behavior,and puts forward a comprehensive construction opinion which is suitable for The Times demand.This article through to investigate the main communicative behavior of consumers in the shopping center model analysis,this paper discusses the contemporary commercial shopping center experience and the relevance of social intercourse,which summarizes the intrinsic attributes and characteristics of communication space.Based on the classification of the types of communication space,this paper puts forward the targeted space construction strategy.Articles of chapter iii and chapter iv from the overall to local,and combined with typical cases at home and abroad,the space layout,the whole organization and the theme of the build,inspire and active elements,key areas and detail design,light environment in different aspects,such as do the related construction strategy research,make up the domestic communication space in the center of the shopping,the lack of theoretical research.Finally,the practical cases are investigated by behavioral observation,and the future trend of business communication space is prospected as a summary and conclusion of the article.
