With China stepping into the era of experiential economy, many city residents`consumerdemands also transited from subsistence to enjoying the process, people began to payattention to the consumption, experiential consumption began to replace the traditional modeof the consumption in many cities in China. While the question of the changes to the patternof consumption of in our research to the interior pedestrian Street in the City complexcommercial is absence, most of the design is still on the basic of the traditional mode ofconsumption, In terms of feature set is given priority to with shopping more leisure iscomplementary, ignored the people strong interaction and entertainment; in space design isfocused on creating a connection and space sequence of each functional area traffic, andignore the permeability, each functional space experience site, building shape aestheticexperience and personalized expression etc.. These problems in experience consumption inChina can not be fully realized, so discusses experiential consumption under the influence ofdesign method of the interior pedestrian street in the City complex commercial has becomeone of the important ways to meet the demand of contemporary new consumption.In the study of basic theory, China’s experience in the theoretical research of theexperiential consumption begins late, research system is not perfect, we are still in theprimary stage of studying from the foreign theories.
