The market competition environment is becoming more and more complex and fierce.Only by improving their own strength and expanding their development can enterprises gain a foothold in the competition.Only relying on endogenous development is far from meeting the needs of rapid expansion of enterprises.The academic circles at home and abroad are only increasing their research interest in M&A,among which M&a performance is one of the most concerned research topics.It is a new attempt to introduce the Balanced Scorecard into the research of M&A performance.Transforming the abstract M&A strategy into concrete and measurable goals will help to realize the organic unity of strategic planning and action strategy,promote the implementation of M&A strategy,and analyze and evaluate the M&A performance from the four dimensions of finance,internal operation,customer and learning innovation,which will also help to achieve the goal Financial indicators and non-financial indicators,internal information users and external stakeholders,results and processes,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,etc.are balanced to achieve a comprehensive consideration of the effect of M&A and promote the research on M&A performance to be balanced and improved.Based on the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper takes Qingdao Haier's M&A of general household appliances as an example to study the M&A performance.Based on the balanced scorecard,the M&A performance analysis and evaluation are carried out orderly.The corresponding indicators are selected from the dimensions of learning innovation,internal operation,customer and finance,and the management synergy and operation synergy are compared through trend analysis and effect comparison We should analyze the financial synergy effect,and use it as the evaluation basis to measure the effect and efficiency of M&A.We should evaluate the future development trend,internal operation efficiency,market integration overview and financial performance of M&A,fully define the effect of M&A,and fully understand the impact of M&A on Haier.Finally,this study summarizes the experience and lessons for other listed companies to provide reference and reference.This thesis can be divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,literature review,research content,research methods and innovation.The second part defines the relevant concepts,analyzes the relevance of Balanced Scorecard and M&a performance research,and the feasibility of M&A Performance Research Based on Balanced Scorecard,and expounds the theoretical basis.The third part introduces the basic situation and industry characteristics of Haier's M&A of general household appliances,and decomposes the M&A strategy through the analysis of M&A motivation.The fourth part selects the appropriate indicators from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and analyzes the management synergy,operation synergy and financial synergy of Haier's M&A of general household appliances.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of M&A performance,the paper evaluates the future development trend,internal operation efficiency,market feedback effect and financial performance of M&A.The sixth part summarizes the case enlightenment,research conclusions,shortcomings and limitations.This paper takes Haier's global M&A strategy as the starting point,decomposes the strategic objectives into specific action strategies through the analysis of M&A motivation,and then combines the characteristics of M&A and industry characteristics,from four dimensions,further decomposes the action strategies into specific,mutually balanced assessment indicators,and creatively combines synergy and balanced scorecard to emphasize and highlight Show the performance of M&A,and then analyze and evaluate the performance of Haier before and after M&A,on this basis,explore more scientific and reasonable research ideas of Balanced Scorecard M&A performance.
