A Evaluation On The Corporation Performance In Sany Merger And Acquisition Of Putzmeister

Nowadays,as the increasing number of mergers and acquisitions happened,more and more attention has put on how to judge and evaluate the new enterprises' mergers and acquisitions expected goal and if the enterprises got it.In this point of view,many scholars have begun to study how to make a full evaluation of enterprise mergers and acquisitions.By the preparation of traditional methods and the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation theory,the scholar prefers the later.Based on this new method,this paper uses the comprehensive index system for evaluating the performance of enterprises,and put it on the case of Sany's mergers and acquisitions of Putzmeister.This paper selects the data of Sany's mergers and acquisitions of Putzmeister from four aspects.The paper has totally six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,study methods innovation and so on.The second chapter mainly tells about the study has carried out.The third chapter is to give a brief overview of Sany's cross-border M&A and the latter integration.The fourth chapter is to construct the index system of Balanced Scorecard.The fifth chapter is to put the index system in the case of Sany's mergers and acquisitions of Putzmeister.The sixth chapter is the paper's conclusions which provide guidance and reference for other enterprises' M&A behavior in concrete machinery manufacturing industry.Although the M&A has took some negative influence on financial indicators in the short term,but in the long run Sany will enhance its brand value and status in the industry competition,so it has achieved the desired M&A strategic objectives.
