| As an important place for work activities,large office buildings are developing towards a more intelligent trend.The number of building energy consumption equipment increases,energy consumption is intensified,and the low energy efficiency and energy waste caused by extensive building management are becoming more and more prominent.At present,the"double carbon" and energy saving and emission reduction policy are gradually implemented.As the main energy consumption unit,the energy consumption of large office buildings accounts for about 20%of the total social energy consumption,with huge energy saving potential.Therefore,it is necessary to study relevant energy saving methods and put forward a set of scientific and feasible building intelligent energy saving scheme.In this paper,a set of energy saving management system based on energy consumption analysis is studied and designed,using java language programming to realize the statistical analysis and visual display of energy consumption data of building equipment,and the energy saving model of central air conditioning and fresh air system is integrated into the system to realize the energy consumption data analysis and energy saving decision function.The paper first analyzes the needs of the office building energy saving management system,analyzes the business functional needs,non-functional needs and other needs,and proposes that the intelligent energy saving management system should have the statistical analysis of the energy consumption data of the main equipment,and the energy saving decision of the high energy consumption equipment such as central air conditioning.When the energy efficiency optimization method of the central air conditioning refrigeration system is low,the paper proposes the energy efficiency optimization algorithm based on GA-SVM,takes the trained SVM model as the fitness function to optimize the energy efficiency of the central air conditioner and guide the energy saving operation of the central air system.Finally,the paper adopts B/S mode and Tomcat+application+DM to design and realize the module energy saving management system based on energy consumption analysis.Paper research and development of energy saving management system for large building equipment energy consumption statistical analysis and visual display,can intuitively understand the equipment energy consumption,timely find equipment running energy consumption problems,using the central air conditioning,fresh air system energy saving algorithm,energy saving strategy,high energy saving equipment,improve the building energy saving management system intelligent and practical level,reduce energy consumption disorder management caused by energy waste,building power building energy saving and consumption reduction. |
