| Fully expressing the network effect of high-speed rail is an important basis for accurately measuring the spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail.In this paper, the complex network analysis method is used to construct the high-speed rail network in China, and the network topology indexes such as value, proximity centrality and meso centrality are analyzed to analyze the network effect of high-speed rail.According to the city node topology index value, the high-speed rail city is classified into national, regional and regional high-speed rail hub cities. From the classification results,it can be found that the number and grade of high-speed hub cities show pyramid distribution, and the number of national high-speed rail hub cities is on the rise.By2017,it will increase to 18 national high-speed rail hub cities.Based on the analysis of high-speed rail network and the classification of high-speed rail hub cities, the spatial Dobin model is used to measure the spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail on regional economic development. The classification results are brought into the spatial Dobin model as virtual variables and different weight matrices are introduced.Based on 336 urban panel data, the spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail is measured, and the estimated results are compared and analyzed. Finally, the policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the construction of high-speed rail network,to release more positive spatial spillover effects and to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. The following conclusions are drawn:First, the spatial spillover effect of China’s high-speed rail network on regional economic development is significantly positive. The opening of high-speed rail not only promotes the economic development of the region, but also promotes the economic development of neighboring areas.Second, under the economic distance matrix, the spatial spillover effects of national, regional and regional high-speed rail hubs are 1.635,0.48,0.116,respectively.The grade of high-speed railway hub is proportional to the intensity of spatial spillover effect, that is,the greater the topological indexes such as the value of urban nodes, proximity centrality and meso centrality in high-speed railway network, the higher the level of urban accessibility.Third, under the geographical distance matrix, the spatial spillover effects of national, regional and regional high-speed rail hubs are 5.686,-1.468,6.376,respectively.The spatial spillover effect of regional high-speed rail hub is larger than that of national high-speed rail hub,but the spatial spillover effect of regional high-speed rail hub is not significant. In 2018,the number of regional high-speed rail cities accounted for1/2,the study found that this part of the city has a greater space for development and development potential,so under the continuous improvement of high-speed rail transportation infrastructure.Through the industrial technology spillover, talent spillover, capital spillover in its adjacent areas can stimulate its development potential and improve its development level. This study broadens the research perspective of the spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail and other transportation infrastructure, and is of great significance to the comprehensive and scientific understanding of the spatial spillover effect of high-speed rail and other transportation infrastructure. |
