At present,with the continuous development of China's manufacturing industry,China's low-cost Labor advantage is slowly losing,rising labor costs,which has become a common challenge to the manufacturing industry.Many manufacturing enterprises in order to reduce labor costs will be moved to some relatively low labor costs in countries and regions.Therefore,the problem of labor cost in manufacturing industry has become a common problem faced by many enterprises.The demand of labor in manufacturing enterprises is large,and the high rate of front-line staff has become an important problem facing manufacturing enterprises.This paper focuses on the problem of F Company's front-line staff turnover as the research object,analyzes the current situation of F company's human resources,and applies the classic theory and model of staff turnover at home and abroad,through the questionnaire survey and the interview record analysis of F Company's on-the-job front-line employees,the reason of the high turnover rate of F company's on-the-job front-line employees is obtained.And through the sampling telephone interview of the employees who have left the company,the reason of F staff turnover is confirmed.The main reasons of F company's front-line staff turnover are: the big difference between the salary and welfare level and the market,the unreasonable assignment of work tasks,the company's environment to be improved,the formalization of incentive system,and the imperfect training mechanism.Based on the causes of F Company's front-line Staff Turnover,this paper further analyzes and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for F Company's front-line Staff Turnover,there are: optimize the staff compensation and welfare system,reasonable arrangement of job tasks,improve the company's work environment,improve the evaluation incentive system,improve the training system.It is hoped that the research of this paper can improve the current situation of F company's front-line Staff Turnover,reduce the related cost of human resources and operation cost of F company,and improve the stability of enterprise personnel,at the same time,it can be used for reference for F company's similar manufacturing enterprises in preventing the loss of front-line employees.
