In the face of the slowdown of global economic growth,industry overcapacity,sales decline,profit decline,price war and other tests,as well as the product characteristics of multi variety,small batch,short cycle and fast iteration,manufacturing industry,especially labor-intensive industry,how to effectively maintain the good competitive advantage of enterprises,survive and develop in the complex and changeable market environment,it is impossible to reduce costs and increase efficiency Or lack of strategic initiatives.A lot of practice has proved that standard working hours are the most effective means.YZ company is a large bus manufacturing enterprise,which has many kinds of products,fast update,short production cycle,less demand for single variety,and a large amount of manual operation in the production process,which is a typical labor-intensive industry.Since 2012,the scientific management tool of standard working hours has been introduced.However,in the face of complex and changeable external environment and market competition,with the rapid updating of product types,the continuous application of new technology / new process / new equipment,and the continuous improvement of employees' demands,problems have gradually exposed in the accuracy,rationality,fairness,timeliness and convenience of use of standard working hours.This paper studies by the ways of theory and practice,through the investigation and information collection of production personnel,and after full discussion and analysis of the existing problems,it starts from the aspects of work content subdivision,standard man hour formulation method and tool optimization,standard man hour change,distribution and abnormal management process improvement,accuracy of standard man hour data and information management The tools,methods and mechanisms of the whole process of quasi working hours management are reviewed and reconstructed.After the pilot verification,the whole optimization scheme is effective,and achieves the expected effect in the protection of business objectives and employee satisfaction.The main research achievement of this paper is to construct a standard man hour management system with scientific method,advanced tools and perfect process by using the theoretical knowledge and excellent practice cases of standard working hours management,combining with the industry environment of YZ company,the actual production situation of the company and the employees' demands,so as to solve the existing problems of standard working hour management in YZ company,and realize the win-win situation between the company and the employees,At the same time,it can provide reference for other similar manufacturing enterprises.
