With the domestic demand for heavy machinery is more and more bigger, the competition of heavy machinery market increases more and more fiercely, crane manufacturing is facing the reality of survival and development, so the enterprise must reduce costs, and improve efficiency. However, on our current production process, due to the improper design and manufacturing method and various kinds of loopholes in management, the ratio of the unproductive time wasted and the time required in completing product homework is considerable. Therefore, the formulation of the standard working time plays an important role for enterprises in improving competition and facing the fierce market competition.Developing a reasonable standard working time is the most fundamental of scientific management. If there is no standard working time, there will not be the first step in a production management. Application of standard working time can realize that all the staff can be objective and accurate planning, implementation and evaluation of the results. This thesis introduces the theory of standard working time and its' develop circumstance both in China and in other countries. We use stopwatch method and model method to establish the standard working time of truck crane assembly line. We analyze assembly line in details and find out its'bottlenecks. Then we use route picture to analyze and optimize the assembly line, and we use ECRS to diagnose and assess it. This thesis calculates the balance ratio and balance lost ratio.Of course, we calculate the primal condition and the condition after optimization. At last, we compare above mentioned condition, and prove that optimal plan is efficient.
