As the main energy source of electric vehicle,power battery is the key component of electric vehicle,and the performance of power battery will directly affect the application prospects of electric vehicle.The research on Key technologies of battery life is not yet fully mature.Battery life state,an important parameter of battery,has always been a difficult problem in this field.In order to meet the requirements of electric vehicles,power batteries must be affected by different ambient temperature and vibration frequency in different working environments.In the process of different cut-off voltage,different rates of batteries will affect the life of batteries,which will inevitably affect the life of batteries.On the basis of studying the internal structure and working principle of NCR18650 B lithium battery,the charging and discharging characteristics of NCR18650 B lithium battery were studied under different conditions,and some main factors affecting the battery life are analyzed and found.On this basis,an experimental platform is set up to analyze the effects of battery life,and the charge-discharge cycle life of batteries is tested.It is found that the cycle life of power batteries is different under different external conditions.A large number of experiments have been carried out to get a summary and analysis of the experiments,to get a suitable external environment for the batteries and to elaborate the key technologies of battery life.In order to improve the capacity of the batteries and prolong the second service life of the batteries,a new method of recharging and repairing the lead-acid batteries is put forward,which could not only eliminate the polarization and vulcanization of the batteries,but also control the temperature rise of the batteries and prolong the service life of the batteries.In this paper,the conventional pulse charging repair composites resonance charging repair and puts forward a new type of charging repair methods for experiment,comparing the results of the analysis,and the proposed charging repair technology can better to control temperature and improve the service life cycle count,and charging time than other two methods of repair on the charging time is short.The capacity of the single battery is recovered most after the repair by the new charging repair method.
