With the development of The Times,the types of commodities are increasing and the quality of commodities is also greatly improved.The focus of attention of elderly consumers is gradually shifting from the products themselves to the services and user experience brought by the products.Supermarket is one of the main places for the elderly to do daily shopping.A perfect supermarket shopping service system can not only improve the satisfaction of the elderly in supermarket shopping,but also improve the quality of life of the elderly group in their later years.With the continuous improvement of consumer demand,service design and user experience design continue to integrate,the concept of service design began to be introduced into the supermarket shopping system design.This paper applies innovative design thinking and system theory methods in service design to the design of supermarket shopping service system,and analyzes the whole process shopping experience of elderly consumers before,during and after shopping in supermarket shopping system.The target population of this paper is the elderly over 65 years old in China who have the ability to take care of themselves.Starting with the importance of shopping in their later life,this paper analyzes the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly’s shopping behavior and explores their demands for humanized supermarket service system.Through the research method of service design,this paper explores the pain points encountered by the elderly in the process of shopping,and finally proposes a design scheme for the pain points.It provides guiding practical suggestions for optimizing the shopping scene and shopping experience of the elderly consumers,provides a more convenient and comfortable supermarket shopping environment for the elderly group,and improves the supermarket shopping experience of the elderly consumers.At the same time,it will help enterprises better cope with the situation of deep aging in the future.
