Since the beginning of the new century,human society has entered the era of knowledge economy and the Internet.At this moment,it is difficult to imagine that human life will be separated from electricity.Especially with the increasing pressure of environmental protection,electric energy is favored by people as a new type of environmental protection energy.In many northern areas of our country,winter heating has been changed from traditional coal-fired heating to electric heating,and new energy vehicles are gradually replacing traditional fuel-fueled vehicles.At the same time,along with the national 5G communication strategy,the demand for electricity has also increased substantially.The emergence of these new applications will undoubtedly connect electricity and people’s lives more closely.The blowout increase in power demand has caused the original power supply in many areas no longer meet people’s demand,so many power grid projects have been put into construction.However,the land acquisition and demolition for power grid engineering construction is different from the demolition of new city construction or high-speed and railway construction.The latter is generally concentrated in one area or all areas along the road are requisitioned,while the former is only requisitioning the land where the poles are located.Requisition the land in the corridor of the line,but it is necessary to control that there should be no tall buildings,structures or super-high trees in the corridor that endanger the safe operation of the line.This can easily lead to conflicts in land acquisition.If the risk of land acquisition is not fully assessed and plans are formulated in advance,it is easy to cause the project to be stranded halfway.This paper takes Tianjin J District as an example,through careful analysis of a series of problems found in the process of land acquisition for power grid construction in J District,and adopts the Delphi method to construct a risk evaluation index system for power grid project land acquisition and demolition,and then adopts AHP and fuzzy The comprehensive evaluation method establishes the risk analysis model of land acquisition and demolition for power grid projects,finds the main risks in the process of land acquisition and demolition for power grid projects,analyzes the overall risk level,and then proposes risk prevention and control strategies.
