Large-scale power failure is a serious safety accident,which will have a very serious impact on the national economy,social life and other aspects.Based on the analysis of the large-scale power failure in the world,it is found that the direct causes of the large-scale power failure include many cases,including component failure,protection mis-operation,safety automatic device defect and so on.In order to reduce the probability and harm of large-scale power failure,also in order to build more strong reliable,safe and stable power grid,this paper conduct the thorough research on the security risk and emergency response mechanism of regional power grid,to realize that electric power safety risk assessment and accident emergency prevention and control mechanism establishment is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system.Firstly,after analyzing the damage and adverse impact of large-scale power failure,the research significance of risk assessment and emergency mechanism analysis of power grid is clarified.Based on the domestic and foreign research status of power grid safety assessment and emergency prevention and control mechanism,the operation risk and emergency mechanism defects of current regional power grid are analyzed.Secondly,the basic theory and related research of risk assessment and emergency mechanism analysis of regional power grid are analyzed,which mainly includes the basic principle,basic process and basic method of regional power network risk assessment,as well as the regional power grid emergency organization and emergency management mechanism.The main purpose of risk assessment is to quantify the possibility and effect of the incident before risk incident,and take corresponding measures in advance in order to avoid the happening of/response to risk events.The main purpose of the emergency mechanism is to preset coping strategies,and avoid enlarging risk events influence scope,and reduce the loss caused by risk events.Then,the regional power grid risk assessment based on simulation technology is studied.Taking a regional power grid as the research object,the basic model,system state selection,fault set selection,fault consequence analysis and risk rating of theregional power grid risk assessment are analyzed.The fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the large-scale power failure,and the risk assessment index is established and the weight to each index is assigned,and then the risk assessment value is calculated,and the risk level is judged according to the range of the risk assessment value.Finally,the regional power grid emergency mechanism based on simulation technology is studied.Taking a regional power grid as the research object,emergency organization,emergency task and emergency safeguard measures of the regional power grid are analyzed.Large-scale power failure whole process simulation system is built by the use of software simulation platform and software development tools.Virtual Large-scale power failure environment is virtual,and the man-machine interactive way is to help students to carry out the simulation training,and inspect department relevant personnel's ability to cope with risk accident,also makes the improvement and perfection of emergency plan for regional power grid possible.
