The security and stability of power system is directly related to the development of social economy. Therefore, the stable operation of the power grid has attracted much attention. However, with the rapid development of the power grid, the growing number of poor weather conditions and the rapid development of economic construction activities, it bring more risk to the operation of the power grid. Therefore, researching the power grid operation risk and analysising the risk control, and at last to reduce the risk of economic loss has great significance.This paper takes Dalian City Development Zone East power grid as the research object, analyzes the risk assessment and prevention and control measures of the regional power grid. It designs a risk assessment management system. It can effectively deal with the power grid operation risk and gives the risk control measures.At last it can effectively reduce economic losses.Firstly, it analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign power grid risk assessment. It analyzes the definition of the risk assessment index of power grid operation, and studies the main content and steps of the risk assessment of power grid.The grid element is the basic guarantee for the operation of the power grid, so the paper focuses on the calculation of failure probability and the calculation of the component failure consequence, and analyzes the function of the model.Secondly, it focuses on the regional power grid operation risk assessment methods and risk assessment process, analyzes the consequences of the various fault conditions, and studies the results of the calculation model. It analyzes the regional power grid operation risk assessment process in detail. On the basis of risk assessment, it proposed the risk control method, risk control model and control strategy. In the aspect of risk control strategy, it puts forward three methods of optimal load reduction, network reconfiguration and power re scheduling, and gives the corresponding model. It analyzes the risk control flow chart, and puts forward the method of using the heuristic search method to solve the network reconfiguration.Finally, the paper analyzes the design of the operation risk control system of the power grid in the East, and analyzes the test operation and example analysis of the system in the open area. It analyzes the hardware structure of the system as well as the interaction between each individual system. It introduces the system of software system and the components of the system. It analyzes the function of each module and the corresponding relation between each module. Finally, according to the specific situation of the power grid in eastern region of the risk assessment, through the system analysis gives the power grid operation risk and control measures. The system has high reaction speed and accurate calculation results. When some nodes fail, the risk assessment system will automatically give the optimal control strategy, which will reduce the economic loss to the minimum. |
