Based on the research status of small caliber ballistic correction projectile at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a design scheme of the actuator of correction projectile with40 mm micro rotating grenade as the carrier,and studies the overall structure design and performance analysis of the electromagnetic actuator.According to the numerical calculation,four technical indexes,such as the response time and anti overload strength of the steering gear,are put forward.Aiming at the shortcomings,TRIZ theory is used as a tool to analyze and obtain the optimization scheme.Through the comprehensive consideration of the aerodynamic layout design of the projectile,the calculation of the freedom degree of the electromagnetic steering gear,the chip voltage test and the electromagnetic interference,the structural layout of "three compartment separation" is put forward to determine Through the contrast experiment,5V is chosen as the working voltage of the chip,and the whole structure of the electromagnetic actuator is designed.According to the theory of advanced dynamics,the generation mechanism of the control force of the electromagnetic actuator is described in detail,and the control force model of the trajectory correction projectile is established by calculation.Taking American made m384 high speed grenade as the ideal carrier,the three-dimensional model of trajectory correction projectile is established by Creo 2.0,and the numerical analysis of projectile launching strength in the bore of the barrel of the smooth bore is completed by ANSYS software.The results show that there is no obvious deformation of the projectile as a whole,and the stress of each element is less than the yield limit of its material.According to the virtual prototype technology,the response speed analysis of trajectory correction projectile in flight control process is completed by using ADAMS software.The conclusion shows that with the increase of input torque,the response time of the system is shortened,and the shortest response time is about 0.075 s less than 0.1s,which meets the technical index proposed above,and can be applied to trajectory correction projectile with roll speed of 5R / s.Combined with the factors such as projectile rotation speed and response time of the steering gear,the correction ability of the actuator is analyzed.The influence of the design on the position of the projectile center of mass is analyzed from the point of mass distribution.
