As one of the key technologies of the trajectory correction,the execution system of trajectory correction projectile has become a hot spot in the research field of ammunition guidance.In this paper,a electromagnetic driving actuator system of trajectory correction projectile is designed,produced and verified from the theory and practice,main works includes following five aspects.Firstly, working principle and characteristics of types of actuator are analyzed, according to the trajectory correction projectile,two schemes of electromagnetic driving actuator are analyzed and designed out, one is three-position electromagnetic actuator,another is telescopic electromagnetic actuator.Secondly, dynamics simulation on telescopic electromagnetic actuator is carried out by using virtual prototype simulation analysis software ADAMS,the feasibility of actuator mechanism is verified.Thirdly, the control system of telescopic electromagnetic actuator is designed out,the union simulation of hardware-software of the control system is carried out by Proteus,the feasibilities of the program and circuit are verified.Finally,the physical prototype of the whole telescopic electromagnetic actuator system is constructed,and the blowing experiment is carried on.The analysis and experiment show that the designed telescopic electromagnetic actuator has some advantages such as small volume,controlling simple and reliable,quick response,low cost and so on,as execution system of trajectory correction,it is suitable for the two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile. |
