The drop test bench is one of the low-cost,highly repeatable test methods for testing the performance of anti-mine seats.However,the drop test for the purpose of occupant protection still lacks standards and specifications.Therefore,it is necessary to study the drop technology,so as to provide an effective way for the performance evaluation of the seats.In this paper,the explosive impact load at the bottom of a certain type of vehicle is used as the simulation object.The research is carried out from two aspects of drop test and drop simulation.The research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The equivalent damage method of shock waveform simulation is studied,and a semisine waveform simulation method using a pulse generator in a drop test stand is proposed.A large amount of data for simplified seat impact simulation was analyzed to verify the feasibility of the equivalent damage principle of the impact waveform based on the same speed.(2)The bottom explosion test results of a certain vehicle were analyzed.The occupant damage and its tolerance were studied,the body acceleration signal was analyzed to extract the effective impact load experienced by the seat,and the design technical goals of the drop test bench were established.(3)The drop test bench technology was studied.The test bench mechanical model was analyzed,the overall design of the test bench and the design of the pulse generator were performed,and the data acquisition,processing,and analysis techniques were explored.The formula of the drop height required for the target load was constructed through the correlation study of the drop impact load,and the impact load was customized.The simulation of the response of the seat and the dummy in the explosion was completed in the drop test.(4)The virtual simulation technology of drop impact is studied.The tensile model of the rubber material is used to complete the model of the pulse generator.The accuracy of the drop simulation model is verified from two aspects: dynamic response and impact load.In the simulation,the anti-explosion and occupant protection performance of the seat was quickly evaluated and verified by tests,which provided a simulation method for seat developers to quickly evaluate the performance.
