| With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the market demand for automatic ticketing equipment is growing.In addition,with the progress of society and technology,the self-service equipment is so important that gradually replaced the manual service.So in this paper,five kinds of automatic ticketing equipment,including vending machine,ticket replenishing machine,card selling and recharging machine and inquiry machine are analyzed and designed from the perspective of ergonomics.and the systematic and universal of the automatic ticketing equipment systematic would be applied,which improves the user experience and saves the production cycle.It mainly includes the following contents:(1)This paper analyzes and classifies the automatic ticket vending machine from the three aspects of human machine environment.It defines the design objectives and design tasks,and summarizes the existing problems through the field investigation of the existing automatic ticketing equipments and users.(2)According to the characteristics of users,they are divided into standing and sitting.The scope of the general operation area is determined,by analyzing the functional position and body dimension during human-computer interaction.Thus to ensure all kinds of users are comfortable and applicable to apply the five devices in this paper.(3)Based on the ergonomics analysis of the relevant dimensions of the equipment,the internal frame structure of the equipment is designed by using modular design method.(4)On the basis of general man-machine dimension and unified internal frame structure,the external modeling of five equipment is designed.It will have the characteristics of serialization.(5)In order to ensure the generalization and unification of the user interface on five devices,a general layout frame is established with applicable to these five devices.Then the user interface of five devices was designed by different styles and theme elements. |
