Radio fuze,as a typical short-range detection system, plays an important role in modern warfare. In order to cope with different environments, the requirements for fuze antennas are also increasing.Because microstrip antenna has the advantages of low profile, light weight, simple structure and easy conformity with the carrier,it has been favored by various countries and is widely used in the field of missile-borne antennas.Based on the requirements of a specific project for Ka-band side-forward radiation antennas, this paper performs the simulation and design of a common microstrip monopole antenna for transmitting and receiving and a microstrip monopole antenna for transmitting and receiving isolation.main tasks as follows:Based on the basic theory of microstrip antenna and monopole antenna,a microstrip monopole antenna is designed by combining the form of the radiating element of the microstrip antenna and the structure of the monopole antenna. It is proposed to use a double-layer dielectric substrate for design, which reduces the size of the antenna, increases the strength of the antenna, and extends the service life of the antenna. The top loading structure of the radiating element is used to expand the antenna bandwidth and improve the antenna radiation.Expand the antenna bandwidth according to the parasitic patch principle, and change the beam direction of the antenna. The design of the metalized vias makes the antenna pattern more symmetrical and reduces the out-of-roundness in the horizontal direction.By adjusting the size of the reflecting surface, the antenna has the required beam range. The antenna was made and tested in kind, and the test results were basically consistent with the simulation. The antenna works in the Ka band with a bandwidth of 2.7GHz.The E-plane pattern beam width of the antenna is-73 ° ~-20 °,21 ° ~ 75.5 °,which meets the requirements of the index.Based on the optimization method of T/R-isolation and the basic theory of the sleeve monopole antenna, based on the designed microstrip monopole antenna, the large-diameter sleeve is used to optimize the symmetry of the antenna beam and improve the antenna performance Isolation.By using a small-diameter sleeve reduces the overall size of the antenna, broadens the beam coverage and improves the front-to-back ratio of the antenna. This paper proposes the design of a transmitting and receiving isolated antenna using the structure of a double-layer sleeve, and finally obtains a T/R-isolated microstrip monopole antenna with simulation performance that meets the requirements of the index. The antenna was made and tested in kind. The test results are basically consistent with the simulation. The antenna works in the Ka band, with a bandwidth of 2.3 GHz.The E-plane pattern beam width of the antenna is-60 ° ~-15 °,14 ° ~ 60°,the transceiver isolation within the operating frequency range is higher than 40 d B,which meets the requirements of the index. After testing, both antennas meet the design requirements.
