With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,all walks of life must find a competitive advantage that suits their industry in order to survive in the turbulent market.Increasing competition among enterprises also means higher and higher requirements for employees' decision-making ability.The steady development of projects depends on excellent decision-making,and the generation of decision-making depends on the leadership's authorization behavior.Most of the existing domestic and foreign researches focus on the only leadership model,the command-based leadership model.However,with the vigorous development of enterprises and the increasing number of group companies,the single leadership model is no longer applicable to the corporate economy.Yunnan J Highway Construction Company is a large-scale state-owned enterprise in Yunnan,undertaking the construction of most of the expressways in Yunnan Province.The construction sites are located in various prefectures and towns in Yunnan.The leadership cannot achieve direct management of the project departments throughout the prefectures and must be further authorized to each headquarters,Project department,construction site,cultivate excellent management personnel to ensure the progress and safety of project construction.This article first conducts a literature review to explore the correlation between leadership authorization behavior,decision-making ability,self-efficacy,and team trust theory;secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the authorization management of Yunnan J Highway Construction Company,and finds the current problems,which are based on previous studies.Above,the hypothesis model of this article is proposed;again,an effective questionnaire is designed by citing domestic and foreign well-known scales combined with the research content of this article,using SPSS 19.0to analyze the collected data,including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity testing of the scale,Regression analysis,intermediary role test;finally,based on hypothesis verification,make recommendations for the authorized management of Yunnan J Highway Construction Company.This article draws the following conclusions: the leadership authorization behavior has a significant positive impact on the employee's decision-making ability;self-efficacy and team trust play a mediating role between the leadership authorization behavior and the employee's decision-making ability.Based on this conclusion,this article puts forward suggestions on the authorization management of Yunnan J Highway Construction Company,which mainly include three aspects.(1)Change the leadership's cognition and authorization model.Combine the actual development of the enterprise,and transform from the command-based leadership model to the authorized leadership model.Behaviors make employees feel trusted and respected,and improve employees' sense of self-efficacy;(2)Improve employees' self-efficacy in decision-making behavior.Strengthen management's independent decision-making.Employees with high self-efficacy are willing to take responsibility and dare to make independent decisions.Leaders need to give employees on the basis of authorization Provide corresponding support and guidance,and tolerate minor errors;(3)Enhance employees' trust and perception of teamwork.Strengthen effective communication between superiors and subordinates,effective communication between leadership and management,functional departments,and between management and grassroots employees.Only by frequent communication and understanding of each other's professional and executive ability can team trust be cultivated and cooperation can be effectively carried out.
