The new reform of electric power system with the central committee of the communist party of China in March 2015,the State Council issued by the several opinions on further deepening the reform of electric power system(found [2015] 9)papers as the basic symbol.The new electric power reform is the mapping of the market-oriented reform in power industry.In addition to business of selling electricity opening up,,electric power distribution business was monopolized by grid enterprises originally.New electric power reform through by open distribution business orderly,introduce social capital,break monopoly gradually.In order to provides the basis for the power distribution network terminal energy consumption innovation.It realized the promotion of the operation efficiency for power distribution network and the decline in the cost of electricity for users.But during the reform,it will surely promote the original power grid enterprises(power supply bureau?power supply institute)and incremental power distribution network enterprises fierce competed increasingly.And all aspects of enterprise competitiveness,especially in electric power marketing brings more challenges and opportunities for the incremental power enterprises.I will combined with the actual work,take the Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area power distribution company as the research object.from the electric power marketing related theory and under the background of electric power enterprise marketing development present situation and research results of domestic and foreign electric power reform,on the background of new electric reform especially open increment distribution condition.Analyzing internal and external environment of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area power distribution company,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT comprehensive analysis.Analyzing the current outstanding problems and constraining bottleneck of the research object in the marketing process,and carry out industrial customers electricity market investigation within the scope of Dian Zhong New Area targeted Industrial customers.To market demand-oriented,aiming at the problems of power distribution companies Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area,set of a electric power marketing strategy suitable for industrial customer developing,including 4P marketing mix strategy and enhanced marketing guarantee strategy.
