Design Of Sojourn-type Pension Homestay In Shangyangbo Village, Dali City

With the continuous development of the problem of my country's population aging,social pension policies and services are facing huge challenges.At the same time,with the rapid development of my country's economy,the continuous improvement of medical standards and conditions,the continuous improvement of the aging policy system,the elderly's The social security system is showing an increasingly stable trend.The solid and reliable foundation of the social pension provides a solid social and economic foundation for the development of pension and residential homestays.There is ample time for retirees and higher requirements for the life of the elderly.This thesis mainly conducts a detailed study and analysis of the research progress of homestays at home and abroad,and conducts a detailed study on the current design requirements of pension accommodation space and country homestay design principles.The article combines literature review method,field investigation method,comparative research method and theoretical practice.Based on the combined method,the interior space design research of Shangyangbo Village Pension Homestay in Dali City is carried out on the theoretical basis.In the design,the physical and psychological needs of the elderly and the principles of country house design are fully considered,combined with the interior design experience of Dali Slow House·Lanqing,Xizhou Jijisi,Tile-Guozijian Boutique,and analyze each case The successes and shortcomings of the project,and then provide reference and help for their design projects.Combining relevant design theories and actual research experience results,the thesis is applied to each space of the design project,and puts forward the new business concept and design value of the rural pension homestay products,and confirms the future product trend and driving force of the rural pension homestay through the design project,Not only can stand out among many homestay products,but also apply theoretical concepts to environmental art design,highlighting its great economic value and practical significance,and then promote the revitalization of the industry.This article aims to provide a certain reference basis for the standardization and development of rural pension homes in my country through research and design exploration.
