Research On The Optimization Of Air Material Inventory Management For ZGNF Airline

With the rapid development of social economy and the substantial increase of people’s income,the transportation industry has developed rapidly and the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The rapid development of high-speed railway has caused a great impact on the civil aviation industry.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for airlines to continuously optimize the operation mode,reduce operating costs and improve profitability in the complex market environment.As the means of production for aircraft maintenance in airlines,aviation materials are the material basis for ensuring flight safety and punctuality,and are one of the major costs of airlines.Aviation material inventory management bears the two functions of production guarantee and operation cost optimization.It is the key factor to improve the operation cost of airlines and an important link in the operation system of airlines.Therefore,aviation material inventory management needs to be optimized and adjusted with the development stage of airlines to adapt to the company’s development strategy.This thesis takes the aviation material inventory management of ZGNF airlines as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the problems of low aviation material guarantee rate and high aviation material inventory cost existing in the aviation material inventory management of ZGNF airlines.Through field research and analysis,the causes of four major problems of the company are obtained,including low guarantee rate of aviation materials,low inventory turnover rate of aviation materials,low informatization level of aviation materials guarantee,and inadequate control measures of aviation materials.In this regard,the objectives and plans for optimization of aviation material inventory management of ZGNF airlines were formulated by applying relevant theoretical knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management.From the five aspects of constructing the supply chain management system of aviation materials,optimizing the ordering management of aviation materials,optimizing the classification method of aviation materials,this thesis puts forward the optimization plan for improving the inventory plan evaluation model.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures of ZGNF aviation material inventory management optimization,including strengthening organizational management,establishing SMS risk management system,improving information system,attaching importance to talent training,and improving performance management.The research topic of this thesis not only provides a feasible plan for the inventory management optimization of ZGNF airlines,but also has reference significance for other airlines at home and abroad.
