In recent years,as countries attach great importance to the development of clean energy,photovoltaic array power generation has become the top priority in the field of global new energy development.The photovoltaic power station has the characteristics of wide branches and large scale,and the wiring of traditional wired communication mode is complicated,so it is difficult to overhaul and maintain.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a wireless transmission system for photovoltaic array data acquisition to guarantee the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic power station.At present,the wireless transmission technologies applied in solar photovoltaic arrays mainly include ZigBee ad-hoc network communication technology and long range radio(LoRa)technology.After the comparative analysis of ZigBee technology and LoRa technology,it is found that the two technologies separately constitute a wireless sensor network,and there are certain defects in their application in photovoltaic power stations.Therefore,this paper proposes a layered wireless sensor network combining ZigBee and LoRa technology.The sensing and monitoring nodes of the photovoltaic array are networked through ZigBee technology to collect various operation and maintenance data of the photovoltaic array.Lora combines ZigBee technology to form an aggregation node,and transmits the data in the monitoring area to Lora gateway for processing by means of relay transmission.The sensing and monitoring nodes in the photovoltaic array belong to uniform deterministic deployment,so the area covered by the converging relay nodes represents the network size of the sensing nodes in the region.In order to balance the energy consumption of each network,the converging relay nodes are deployed in a certain topological structure.The different topology structures are simulated and analyzed,and the better topology is selected.According to the different scenes where the photovoltaic array is located,different coverage schemes for the deployment of convergent relay nodes are proposed.Since LoRa standard communication protocol can carry out networking relay communication,this paper designs a relay networking communication protocol based on LoRa directional transmission of sink relay nodes.The routing protocol suitable for photovoltaic array is analyzed.The low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy(LEACH)routing protocol is selected to be improved and combined with the existing ZigBee basic routing protocol,and the improved algorithm is simulated and analyzed.By designing the corresponding hardware and software,the experimental platform of sensing node and converging relay node of photovoltaic array is realized.The networking process of the sensing network is analyzed,and the data collection and uploading program of the sensing node is designed.The ?C/OS-III system was transplanted to the processor of the converging relay node,and the LoRa directional transmission relay communication networking protocol was implemented in the system.Finally,the overall test and data analysis of the hardware platform are completed.In summary,the wireless sensor network designed and implemented in this paper can meet the transmission needs of photovoltaic arrays,and provide new ideas for the future research on photovoltaic array operation and maintenance data monitoring,which has certain reference value.
