Experimental Design Based On The Study Of The Architectural Space Of The Leping Ancient Stage

There are many traditional performance forms in China.Among them,the opera performance is very representative and inherited.Due to the development of opera,technological innovation,the emergence of architectural thoughts,and changes in the demand for performances,the theatrical building for the opera performances has also been developing and changing,witch also means the ancient stage is gradually replaced by the modern theater.However,there are contradictions such as the imbalance of spatial scale,the lack of freehand atmosphere,and the split of the relationship between viewing and acting.Because of the close connection between the ancient stage architecture and opera,I wanted to analyze and inherit its suitable architectural space characteristics for opera performance.This article takes the ancient stage in Leping as the research object.After conducting detailed survey and mapping research on its architectural space,to discussing its architectural structure and space characteristics,and then combines the modern viewing space characteristics of opera to analyze the demand for opera performance.The viewing area of the performance should have conditions such as reasonable spatial scale,open viewing space,flowing viewing space,and integration of viewing relationships,and it should be combined with the surrounding environment to create a freehand atmosphere.Finally,through the use of traditional and modern elements,techniques and technologies to experimentally design the architectural space of the ancient stage,to practically applied the idea and demonstrated the viewpoint.
